Hiking trails in Pula

The hiking trails of Pula-Pola are not demanding. However, they are very suitable for rehabilitation of coronary heart disease convalescents or for rehabilitation of other illnesses because in their greater part they pass by the sea or through forest area.

The trails also pass through tourist areas such as Stoja, Lungomare, Pješčana Uvala, and forest areas such as Valdebek, Valmade and the park- forest Šijana. The fresh air and a slow walk are the guarantee for a quick rehabilitation.

Eight trails are marked by special 'animal' tags, after which they were named. They are 40 km long and can be passed within nine hours of walk.
