Born in 1979, he started his hotel management education in Castellammare di Stabia and continued his studies in Switzerland. Today he continues to work in Sant'Angello as the F&B manager of the hotel Majestic Palace and the restaurant Don Geppi, which boasts one Michelin star. He is an educator as well as a hotel management consultant, specialising in start-up and also a lecturer at the San Paolo School of Hotel Management in Sorrento.
