Beerlover since 25 years, he graduated as a Biersommelier at Doemens Akademie in Gräfelfing bei München and became the Biersommelier World Champion 2015 in Saõ Paulo (Brazil); now he is teacher for Doemens Italia.
Member of MoBi (Italian beer consumer association) and Unionbirrai Beer Taster, he makes lessons and conferences about beer styles, beer tasting, beer history and food pairing and he writes for Fermento Birra magazine and Guida alle Birre d'Italia Slow Food.
Judge at World Beer Cup, Great American Beer Festival, European Beer Star, Brussels Beer Challenge, Birra dell'Anno, Concurso Brasileiro da Cerveja, Austrian Beer Challenge, Golden Bohemia Draft Beer Awards and at many homebrewer competitions, he pours craft beers daily at Beer Garage Pub in Bergamo (Italy).
