Flights from Nantes to Pula in 2018
In 2018 the Volotea airline is introducing a new line from France to Croatia that will connect Nantes to the Istrian peninsula. Volotea's planes will land for the first time in Pula Airport, and a regular line will take place once a week, on Wednesdays, from May 30 to the end of September. It will land in Pula at approximately 11 am and the return flight to Nantes will be at 11:30 am.
This is a huge success for the four-year efforts and joint actions of the Istria Tourist Board, Pula Airport and the Parisian representation of the Croatian National Tourist Board.
The Istria Tourist Board, in cooperation with Volotea, has prepared an additional media space for the promotion of Istria on the French market, and an appearance at the tourist fair in Nantes that will take place from the 26th to the 28th January 2018, has also been organised.
Spain's Volotea is actually the fastest growing airline company on the French market, which considers Croatia as one of its key destinations, which can be seen by the growth of seats from European to Croatian destinations by as much as 44% in 2018. There are a total of six new lines, and besides the one from France to Pula, a new line will also begin operating from Nice to Split.
